Quick answers to the most common questions from local advertisers.

Pricing

How much does a slot cost?

Between €5 and €25 per month depending on the country, category and position. You see the exact price before paying.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You only pay the monthly subscription, billed automatically by Stripe.

Can I get a discount for multiple properties?

Not at the moment. Each slot is priced and billed independently. We may add bundle pricing in the future — if that's important to you, email us.

Slots & visibility

How many slots can I book?

As many as you want, on as many properties as you want. Each slot is a separate subscription.

Can I book multiple slots in the same property?

Generally no — to keep guides clean. The owner sets one slot per category per business by default.

What's the difference between Prime, Standard and Entry?

Prime is the top of the list, Standard is mid-list, Entry is the bottom. Prime gets more eyeballs and costs more. See Booking a slot for the price ranges.

Coupons

Are coupons mandatory?

No. You can run a slot with no coupon — guests will just see your business info, contact links and opening hours. But coupons drive much higher engagement.

Can I change my coupon after booking?

Yes, edit your campaign anytime from the Business tab. The new coupon takes effect immediately.

What if a guest cheats and activates a coupon without visiting me?

Geo-verification blocks most fraud automatically. If one slips through, you have 48h to dispute it and you won't be billed. Read Coupons for the full anti-fraud details.

Billing

When am I charged?

Monthly, on the anniversary of your first payment. You also get coupon commissions added as line items to your monthly invoice.

What about VAT?

Stripe Tax handles it automatically. EU businesses with valid VAT IDs get reverse charge (€0 VAT on the invoice). See Billing & VAT.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, with no penalty. Your slot stays active until the end of the period you already paid, then it's released.
