Monthly payouts

Your earnings accumulate inside your Stripe Connect account in real time. On the 1st of each month we generate your self-billed invoice for the previous month and Stripe pays the balance to your bank.

The cycle

What you receive on the 1st

Every month on the 1st you'll get an email with:

  • A self-billed invoice (PDF) for the previous month, with your business name, address, total earnings (slot fees + coupon commissions combined) and the applicable tax label
  • A signed download link valid for 7 days
  • Confirmation that Stripe will transfer the corresponding amount to your bank in 1-2 business days — a single transfer that includes both slot fees and coupon commissions

Where does the invoice come from?

The invoice is issued by G-HAT LLC (the platform's legal entity) on your behalf under the self-billing mandate you accepted at onboarding. Read the Self-billing page for the legal explanation.

Minimum payout

Stripe enforces a minimum transfer of around €1 per payout. If your earnings for a month are below that threshold (very rare), the balance rolls over to the next month.

What if I don't have any earnings yet?

No earnings = no invoice that month. You'll just see your dashboard with €0 pending. Nothing to worry about — it just means no advertiser booked a slot in your guide that month.

What if my tax info is incomplete?

If you haven't completed staylocalx.com/en/owner/billing-info with your business name, address and self-billing mandate, the cron will skip your payout and send you a notification. Your earnings stay in your Stripe balance and will be released at the next monthly cycle once the form is complete. You don't lose any money — it's just delayed.

Action required if you see the warning

Check your push notifications and email. If you got an "Action required" message, log in to the web at staylocalx.com/en/owner/billing-info and complete the form. Next month's cron will catch up.

Can I get paid more often?

Not directly through StayLocalX — we batch payouts monthly to reduce transaction fees and to issue one invoice per month instead of dozens of fragments. If you want a different cadence, contact support.
