Getting started

StayLocalX lets you advertise your restaurant, tour, spa, rental or service inside the digital guides of nearby vacation rentals. You reach travelers who are already in the area and ready to spend.

The 3 steps

1. Sign up

Download the StayLocalX app, tap Sign up, choose Advertiser / business, enter your email and pick a password.

2. Create your business

In the Business tab, tap Add business. The wizard has two steps:

  • Step 1 — Category: Food & Drink, Activities, or Services. The category determines pricing and minimum commission per coupon, so choose carefully.
  • Step 2 — Details: name, address (we use Google Maps to get coordinates), description, optional photo, optional opening hours, contact links (website, booking, phone, Google Maps).

Why the address matters

We use the address coordinates to find vacation rentals near your business. The closer you are to a property, the more relevant your ad is to its guests.

3. Find properties & book a slot

Tap the Slots tab → tap your business → Find nearby properties. You'll see a list of vacation rentals within your selected radius. Tap any property → choose a free slot → complete checkout via Stripe.

What you need before you start

  • A business email address
  • The address of your physical business
  • A credit/debit card for the monthly subscription
  • Your business tax ID (CIF/NIF/VAT/EIN) — required at checkout

What does it cost?

Slot prices range from €5 to €25 per month depending on the country, category and position. You see the exact price before paying — no hidden fees. Coupon commissions are €1-€5 per redemption depending on category.
